The seal is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, and a spring is provided at the tail end of the metal valve seat. When the sealing surface is worn or burned, the valve seat and the ball are pushed to form a metal seal under the action of the spring.
It has a unique automatic pressure relief function. When the medium pressure of the valve exceeds the preload of the spring, the valve seat at the outlet backs away from the ball to achieve automatic pressure relief. The valve seat automatically resets after pressure relief.
Forged steel ball valve: The fluid resistance is small, the ball valve is the smallest fluid resistance in all valves, even the reduced diameter ball valve, the fluid resistance is quite small. The switch is quick and convenient. As long as the valve stem rotates 90°, the ball valve completes the fully open or fully closed action, and it is easy to achieve fast opening and closing.
