The box is made of high performance permanent magnet material, which produces strong suction force in the magnetic circuit. With the help of the strengthening and shielding effect of the control box on the internal magnetic block, the magnetic block is in a working or closed state without external power supply. When the magnetic box is in the working state, the suction surface at the bottom of the block is tightly attached to the precast concrete production platform and is firmly absorbed; when the large part of the force of the magnetic block is shielded by the lever, the magnetic force at the bottom is greatly reduced, and the magnetic box can be removed from the platform by hand.

Instructions for use
(1) There is a magnetic control rod (magnetic switch) on the magnetic box, put the magnetic box on the platform, press the switch, the magnetic box firmly absorbs the platform, in the working state, the lever is used to pry up the switch, the suction between the magnetic box and the platform is greatly reduced, the magnetic box is in a closed state, and the magnetic box can be moved.
(2) The thickness of the platform and the degree of surface leveling will affect the suction between the magnetic box and the platform. The thicker the platform, the flatter the surface, the greater the suction, and the lateral shear force is related to the suction of the magnetic box and the friction coefficient of the contact surface.
(3) There are two fixed screws at both ends of the magnetic box, which can be connected to different fixtures to fix the side dies of different shapes and structures, such as angle steel, channel steel side die and so on.
(4) BOSSNI magnetic box uses permanent strong magnetism, and the magnetic force can be maintained permanently in theory without exceeding the maximum working temperature and not damaging the corroded magnet itself.
