SR Adhesive Vents

SR adhesive vents uses ePTFE membrane as the core，and is fixed to the of the casing by a double-sided adhesive tape fixing method.Resistant to high and low temperature and long-term hot and humid environment，UV radiation resistance，flame retardant grade reaches 94VTM-O Up to 25 years.

Sinceriend Headlight Vents has three main functions

Waterproof: The pore diameter is less than 10,000 times of water droplets, making water unable to pass, effectively protecting sensitive parts, avoiding liquid erosion, and improving product life；

Breathable: The micropore diameter is 700 times greater than that of water vapor. At the same time it is waterproof, it allows the air to pass smoothly, which can effectively dissipate heat, prevent fogging on the inner wall of the product, and balance the pressure inside and outside the space；

Dustproof: The microporous channels form a three-dimensional network structure in the membrane, and the uniform and dense distribution of micropores makes the dust meet the barrier and achieve an effective dustproof effect. The smallest can capture 0.1 micron particles. Protection rating: IP54/65/66/67/68/69K.

This membrane has poor roll-off properties, enabling liquid to clog the membrane and reduce airflow.

The Sinceriend ePTFEmembrane has excellent roll-off properties. Liquid easily drains off the membrane, allowing continuous airflow.
